Our Mission
At McCray Orthodontics, we strive to achieve the highest quality orthodontic treatment delivered in a calm and caring setting.
Office hours are by appointment only. We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday: 12 noon — 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 a.m. — 5:30 p.m.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation. Please make your monthly appointments in advance if you need a particular appointment time. Appointment times later in the day fill up quickly, and will not generally be available with just a few days notice. We try to be accommodating, but it is not possible to see everyone after 3 p.m. So if you miss an appointment or have something break, you will likely need to come in the morning or early afternoon.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients we bill insurance companies and accept assignment for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
General Dental Care
It is very important to keep up your care with your general dentist while you are in orthodontic treatment. Get a good cleaning and checkup prior to your first visit or the start of treatment, and continue dental care as the treatment progresses. Good general dental health is crucial to the success of your orthodontic treatment.
